Process.
- If you are ready to commission me after reviewing my terms of service and prices, you should have all the information you need, including references to give me. To make the process easier for both you and me, you are asked to give as much information as necessary..- Once you're ready, you may commission me through VGen and continue the process there.- Once I receive the payment, I will begin working on the sketch. I will work on the commission according to these stages and will ask for approval for each one:sketch / sketch with colorlinework/rough merge with light renderingcompleted (rendered)throughout the process I will send low quality watermarked versions for approval. If in any case I may have to extend the delivery time for any personal or school related reasons, you will be informed.- Once the completed version is approved, you will be requested to provide me with an Email ID as well as sending me the last 50% of the payment. After, I will send the full quality signed/watermarked piece to that Email under my ID: [email protected]
- The client must not claim the artwork as their own and should not sell it, trace it or feed it into any AI platforms.
- I reserve the full copyright and ownership to my artwork and can post it, as well as use it for my portfolio.
- The client must respond in a timely manner (at least 2-3 business days). If someone responds slowly, behaves inappropriately, or makes me feel uncomfortable, I have the right to cancel the commission.
- If the client posts the artwork on social media or uses it as a profile picture, they must provide credit to me.
- The client is responsible for making sure the finished piece is saved. If the file is lost after a week, I may provide it again, but if you loose the file afterwards, I do not provide refunds.
- You are commissioning me for my artstyle. I will deny requests for drastic changes to my artstyle.
I DO NOT provide any refunds, since I may make use of the money as soon as I'm paid and may not be able to refund it back. Kindly be patient as I will constantly update you on the status of your commission.
- I will not begin the piece until I receive 50% of the payment.
I only do commissions for personal use. Business or commercial uses are strictly not allowed. If you wish to still commission me for commercial use, I will add an additional 80% to the price.
- If my slots are full, the client will be added to a waitlist if they agree so. Then their turn will come on the following month depending on their waitlist placement. The client can exit from a waitlist whenever they want and there is no fee to be added onto the waitlist.
- Expected delivery time is currently 2-4 weeks. I may extend the delivery to 3 months maximum, as I am a student and may be on and off for personal or work load reasons.
- By commissioning me you agree and will follow to the terms of service.
